Minicures does not provide refunds for any service(s) and/or Gift Certificates purchased.

24 hour cancellation 

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment without 24 hour notice for any reason we will charge the card on your file for the full amount any client cancelled due to illness will be allowed to rebook after 10 days.

 

Credit card policy

We require a credit card to secure all appointments all cards and  personal information are store securely and remain secure.

 

Arrivals

We want to ensure you get the most out of your experience, so please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. if you are more than 10 minutes late,  we will not be able to perform the service.  This will also mean that it will be considered a no-show . A no-show will result in being charge for the full amount for the original booked service. We will do our very best to accommodate if our schedules allowed but cannot guarantee that we will be able to perform the booked service. If we can still perform a modified service we will still charge for the original booked service.

 

 

Quality Guarantee

Minicures provides a 5-days guarantee period on all services in which you may return to the Salon to have repairs done free of charge.

 

However, it is at Minicures discretion 

If we feel that your product breakdown was not caused by an error in application, chemistry error, or exceeds normal wear and tear you will be charged for the nail repair service.
